   Started his career in sales and marketing as a Medical Services Officer of Eskayef Bangladesh Limited( formerly SK+F) in the year of October , 1995 .For his outstanding performance and excellent achievement he was given the responsibility of senior ,, Area sales manager of the company.

  Having served for  7 years he left eskayeef limited and join Rangs Pharmaceuticals Ltd. then after he join Biogene Pharma Ltd as a promotion and evaluation Manager. In the year 2007 Mr. Shahidul Islam Rashu join the company of Reximco Insecticides Ltd as a Sales Development Manager.

  in 25 th November Mr. Rashu was made Marketing Manager of the company by the new management team .
